We at Benjrel strive to provide you with high-quality services but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns and Refunds

• Clients are eligible for a full refund if a project is terminated before work commences. This includes a full refund after the initial consultation but before any project work is initiated.
• Once a project has begun, a prorated refund policy applies. The monthly fee for the month in which the project is terminated is non-refundable.
• For clients who have purchased a discounted service package (2, 3, or 6 months), the refund amount will be calculated based on the original non-discounted monthly fee. The client will receive a refund for the remaining months of the service package that were not utilized.
  Example:
  A client purchases a discounted 3-month service package at a rate of PKR 30000 per month. After one month of service, the client decides to terminate the project. The client would not be eligible for a refund for the first month (35000, the original price). However, they would receive a refund for the remaining two months of the unused service package.
